Sr. Manager, Impact Finance

Jolyn currently serves as a Manager of Impact Finance where she works to develop, manage, and structure innovative financial transactions with an emphasis on outcomes-based funding models. Jolyn has years of experience managing a portfolio of Pay for Success projects and works with funders, evaluators, government agencies, and service providers to ensure impactful projects in areas of homelessness, criminal justice, early childhood education, and workforce development among others. Prior to joining the Center, Jolyn was a Research Fellow at the Kem C. Gardner Policy Institute.Jolyn holds an MPA from the University of Utah, a BA from Brigham Young University, and is currently pursuing an MS in Finance at the University of Utah.
